"Jake Q. from The Water Heater Company recently helped us with a tankless water heater inspection and descale, as well as installing a pressure regulator, valve, and some copper pipework. He arrived within the window for our initial appointment on 3/7 and was very professional and thorough. The job ended up taking longer than originally estimated, but it was clear he was taking the time to do everything correctly. A pipework part needed to be ordered, so he had to come back to finish the work. The follow-up visit was moved from 3/11 to 3/12 due to a previous job running long, and he arrived slightly after the scheduled window, but once on site he completed the remaining work efficiently and with the same level of professionalism.
