"The company responded quickly. An estimate was provided. The service tech was on time and knowledgeable. We ran into some issues and worked together to solve them. My only concern was that the technician was rather messy and disorganized with his tools, the lighting parts, and the packing materials. I was concerned he might lose something. He ended up leaving several tools behind on a plant shelf. The lighting was installed properly to my relief."

It works perfectly and is no longer a shock hazard. I tried to give him some extra money but he refused. He was very polite and said just one service charge.
