"I want to share my endorsement of David Graf Construction, Inc. I just bought a house with a 600 sq/ft deck that was not structurally sound. It was the peak of Covid and I couldnâ t get a contractor to show up for scheduled appointments. While driving in the neighborhood, I found David Graf on a job and asked him to come by and review my situation. While he was busy managing several jobs and booked out more months, he took pity on me and graciously came by and assessed my situation. He immediately recognized issues could not wait. He sent me a quote that evening and had a crew on-site a day later. The scope of work included structural improvements and a staircase for the deck. He connected me with a designer & engineer and got it all permitted with the county in record time. A few weeks later the work was completed within time estimate and on budget. The crew was fantastic, respectful & polite and always left the worksite tidied and free of debris. More importantly, the quality of work was exceptional. If you have a need for a general contractor for a construction project, I highly recommend you talk to David Graf of David Graf Construction, Inc."

"From the beginning, it was a wonderful experience. Sarah, the designer whom I first met with, was amazing. I knew this company was the one from our first meeting. She was warm and friendly and she had great ideas on designing my kitchen. She was able to incorporate everything that I asked for. And she was very easy to work with, from designing, choosing colors and hardware. When the job started, the workers were always on time and cleaned up their mess. They also were here every day until the job was finished. I liked their work so much, I had them do my bathroom vanity and mirror frame. You will not find a better company to work with."

"Paul & Josh are very nice guys who work hard to complete the task as soon as possible. After it was completed we noticed some areas we wish had been done, that we thought was part of our deal. This may or may not have been our fault for not being more specific. They had all the right equipment needed for the job, which makes the job easier for all. Since I'm not familiar with price for this type of work I can't say if we got a good deal, but they where 2 good guys, working hard, and making a living during these hard times."

"Contract signed and paid for on May 1, 2020. Work to be done the week of May 18, 2020, or sooner weather permitting. When I first called I asked if there would be any problem with getting the brick pavers or the labor to install and was assured that would not be a problem at all. Small job for them, so I was told, and could actually start sooner than May 18. On May 19, 2020, I called to find out when project would be started. Was told "probably" the week of May 25. I said the contract reads the week of May 18, " well I will get back to you". No return phone call! On May 20 I called again, this time no one answered so I left a message. Later in the day on May 20 I did finally get a return phone call stating the work would begin on Friday May 22, 2020. On May 21 I got a knock on my door and a man said I'm here because the pavers are going to be delivered, and they were. Work started and ended on May 22. One whole pallet of brick pavers were left over from this job and left sitting in my front yard. No offer of refund for them over estimating the job or actually using these addition pavers for this job. Sand was not raked out around the new installed pavers, piles of gravel were left in my front yard. Deep groves from trailer and truck left in the yard, which they said they could level out but didn't make any attempt to do so. I did call to let them know they left a shovel behind and about moving the pavers and gravel but have not gotten a return phone call or follow up."

FAQs for outdoor kitchen building service projects in Beverly Hills, FL

Building your own pizza oven can be a cost-effective option if you already possess the necessary firebricks or materials and have the skills to complete the project. When you have the required supplies on hand, you save on material costs and labor fees. However, if you need to source every component, a pre-made kit may not deliver the same savings.

Fire bricks are engineered to withstand the high temperatures generated inside a pizza oven, protecting the structure from cracking or spalling. Standard bricks can fail under intense heat, potentially damaging the oven and creating safety risks. By using true fire-rated bricks, homeowners maintain consistent cooking temperatures, preserve the oven’s structural integrity, and reduce the likelihood of costly repairs. The modest increase in material cost is offset by longer service life and safer operation.

An optimal pizza oven installation positions the opening exactly between 36 and 48 inches above the ground to guarantee clear visibility and safe, comfortable access. This height optimizes heat distribution and ergonomic use. In addition, dome height can vary: shorter domes produce the signature soft, charred crust of Neapolitan pies, whereas taller domes are ideal for generating the robust baking environment required for New York–style pizzas.
