"J &J Garage and Doors can to give an estimate, they gave the lowest estimate of 5 businesses. They promised the work to be done before Saturday 30May2020. The worker actually called to see if they could come sooner and came today 28May2020 promptly at 9a. The worker performed a complete replacement of all the door components and railings. The work was done professionally and quickly. The worker swept and cleaned the area and removed all the debris from the door that was replaced. A remote was programmed to open and close the garage door as there was none for the opener that was already in the garage. I am well pleased with the work and the service provided. I will definitely refer them to others. Great customer service!!! Thank you so much."

There was a little glitch on the installation of my door by their guy named Kyle. When he came I asked where the pad was for inside my house he said this job did not come with a pad. I told him a garage opener I had came with a pad for the inside and he told me if I wanted one it was $50 more. I said I had just paid $490 and I understand I paid a little more because I wanted it done the next day, which was a Saturday. They treated it like an emergency and because I had ordered it and wanted it done in such a short time. I called somebody up and told them I was not satisfied and wanted a pad inside the door. I spoke with Kyle at Xpress Door today and he said they had got it straightened out and that they had put the pad for inside the house in the mail today and it should be here sometime next week. It wasn't a big issue, and nobody was mad or anything, but we had to go back and forth until we got it straight. I did not do any real research on garage door openers when I got this one. Their price was not too outlandish. Their responsiveness was quick and very good.

"I was looking for a new garage door within the year but I needed one immediately after knocking the bottom half of my garage door off the tracks. I called and spoke to Jose and he said he would come look at it within the hour. He arrived about 45 minutes later and just as I thought I needed a new door. He took measurements and said they would be able to install a new door that same day. Later that afternoon Jose (a different Jose) arrived and took off the old door, frame, wood around the door and spring. He completed the job in about 2 1/2 hours. I asked how long he had been doing this type of work and he said 20 years. You could really tell! I was impressed by his workmanship and attention to detail. I was a beautiful job. I will use Benchmark in the future for any work involving my garage door or openers."
