"I cannot say enough about our technician, Jordan, or the service of In Phase. We put our request into Angi and probably 1 minute later In Phase called. We have been wanting to upgrade our house to Ecobee since we purchased it two years ago. We thought we could do it ourselves, but our home had 3 zones, a two-wire boiler, and a newly added Central Air system. I had tried to hire other companies to do the job in the past, but very few companies were familiar with Ecobees. When In Phase called they were confident in the Ecobee system and were able to get us in the next day. Jordan showed up on time and was very personable and knowledgeable about the system. He had everything up and running in about 2.5 hours. This easily saved my husband and I a weekend of working on this, not to mention the fact that I didn't have to hear any cursing. (LOL!) "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
