We’ve had water issues in our home and contacted five different plumbing companies to have a battery back up sump pump installed because of numerous weather and electrical outages. I was lucky enough to get an estimate from Casey. Not only was he completely knowledgeable with all plumbing codes he was an expert with sump pump systems. All other plumbing estimates had limited knowledge of sump systems and were more than willing to simply dump an extra sump in the basin without any knowledge of how a backup battery worked.
