"Last summer I installed an Ecobee thermostat on an electric heat pump with gas auxiliary backup. However the Auxiliary backup would not kick in when the outside temp was below the threshold like it was supposed to. Ecobee went to Home Advisors who put out the call for hvac experiences with Ecobee thermostats and heat pumps. Home Advisor called right away. Then Aire Serv called immediately and assured me that they were experienced in this combination. Some rewiring needed to be done in the heat pump unit Then we had to wait a few days until the outside temperature dropped. I was awake this morning at 4:35am And I faintly heard the heater start up but the fan motor did not come on immediately. This is how it used to work with the old thermostat. I went to the thermostat and the AUX was on. I went into the attic and the flue pipe was warm. Guess what? AIRE SERV FIXED MY ECOBEE LIKE THEY PROMISED THEY WOULD. This is something my regular hvac company couldn t do! I guess you can tell that I am thrilled with Mathew and their service."

"I called Mr. Rubin (the owner) on Tuesday and described the work that I needed and he gave me a quote over the phone. We scheduled to have the work done on Thursday, but 15 minutes after I hung up, Mr. Rubin called back and said he had a cancellation and since, in our original conversation I had asked if he could do the work on Wednesday, we rescheduled to do the work beginning at 7:30 am Wednesday. Mr. Cruz (electrician) arrived on time and after a brief explanation of what was needed, began working on removing the old electrical cooktop, hood, and associated wiring. He installed a new receptacle for the new gas cooktop I will be putting in and also ran the wiring for the new range hood that will be installed later. He replaced the 30 amp breaker with a new 15 amp breaker and also pointed out some other issues that need attention. The work took approximately 2 hours to complete. Mr. Cruz was very professional in everything he did and took the time to answer any questions I had. He was very polite, as was Mr. Rubin. I was very please with the work performed and will use them again if the need arises."

They were always on time, polite, and thoughtful. We felt comfortable to leave them in the house, but we met every morning to discuss the work on previous day. They did a fabulous job. On the top of that, for whatever concern we had, they also went the extra mile to address it. 
I want to share a small detail that I think shows Al's true color. One of the projects is Al installing a screen door for us. We agreed that if it takes more than 1 hour, he will charge more. On the next day, when I asked him how long it took him to finish the installation, Al told me exactly one hour. He could have told me longer and charged me more, but he didn't. 
This is the second time we hired Al. We are sure that it will not be the last time. He not only earns our business, but also wins our heart. Highly recommended!!
