"A pleasant gentleman named Dave came to the house on 3/28/14. He inspected the gutters and noted an area of rotting wood on a dormer. I was to receive an estimate as to what would be covered by the $99 Angie's Deal and what would be the price for fixing the dormer as well. The estimate was to be sent by email. I called him on 4/2 and he said the estimate would be forthcoming. I called him again today and he said he'd get the estimate to me. I have yet to see the estimate. My interactions with Dave were positive. RAM may deliver good service. This may have been a problem with communication within the company. I haven't received the estimate.
