"Talked to a lot of companies. Mike was about as dte & real as you get. Immediately got good vibes. He sent his 2 son's out to check out my AC unit outside. I'd gotten varying opinions & estimates. Tbh, I became weary, but I figured Mike wasn't feeding me anything but what was real. His boys showed on time, extremely polite, well mannered, knowledgeable & professional. They went right to work. Found the problem without trying to sell me a bunch of extra stuff or pad the price for something it didn't need. Without hesitation, I said do it! I have to admit for 2 very young guys, they knew what they were doing. When they were done fixing my system was cranking it out & putting like a kitten. I was afraid out what my bill would be. Couldn't believe how fair & reasonable it was. No extra fees, taxes, add ons etc...EXTREMELY IMPRESSED...I definitely found a HVAC + Co on the Eastern Shore I trust and highly recommend them. Family business & it shows with pride they take it seriously..."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

He also replaced the sump pumps that I had with new ones of the same kind, which is critical because I am on a street that is prone to flooding and the pumps run every day. He was prompt and pleasant to deal with, and his total price on the pumps was nearly $150 less than another price I was quoted. He likes to talk if someone is nearby, but does exactly what he says he will do and it is quality work so I would not hesitate to go to another room if not feeling conversational!"

"These folks really know their jobs n preform them very very well I had One hour HVAC service come and try to repair my existing mini split and found out that the original company who installed it did a lot of things wrong that why I had to have it recharged every year this is why I called One Hour HVAC service they were here on time got right to work quickly found a lot of issues once Matt.
