"Had an awesome experience. Chatfield responded immediately, showed up on time, and quickly solved my issue -- a wiring problem with my thermostat. Cost was about 25% of what the Cooler Company wanted to charge, and I had to beg them for a Quote. Chatfield guy also noticed my AC condenser was in bad need of service (we was absolutely right) and took care of it the same visit. Was also very friendly and courteous. "
