We also found out that the line was almost 7 feet underground when it should have been no more than 4. Bill didn’t use that as an excuse to jack up the price and stuck to what was originally agreed on. The job was also completed on schedule. "well there were delays but i forgive that. they did NOT get permits. a new hot water heater was brought and hooked up. But connections were loose and made it inoperable! its taken another plumber and an Electrician to fix what was wrong to actually get hot water. the original cost was $2500. Now add the $500 for 2nd plumber to reinstall the emergency shut off box that was installed improperly. AND an Electrician for $800 To fix the rest. They have not responded to email requesting attention. Technician was great - altho did not know everything necessary to complete my job. this has been a two week nightmare! i am NOT happy!"

Ramon was exceptionally knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time explaining what needed to be done. Once I signed the contract, everything happened at lightening speed. The servicemen showed up on time, were careful to not damage the doors, walls, or hardwood floors when they hauled in the new gas boiler and water heater, and left the basement in spotless condition.
