"The young man came to the door, introduced himself. We had a good opening conversation. I explained my concern about our gas fireplace. He immediately checked for a gas leak, there was none. He explained to me what could have happen to cause the sound. Ethan, great personality, explains what he’s doing and assured me that there’s no problem. Give this man a raise and promotion."

"After explaining the job, Laux offered a flat, competitive price and was able to quickly schedule a time convenient to me. I chose to have a plumber do the job due to rust on the old connections and not wanting to 'fight' with plumbing in an awkward spot (Laux was pre-advised of the rust).
