"My husband and I were introduced to B-DRY SYSTEMS OF SOUTHERN NY, in 2011. Whenever it rained our basement would get puddles, as the basement is partially below ground level. We were told by an acquaintance, that B-DRY had installed their system in a local firehouse, where flooding was problematic. We called B-DRY and a representative came to our home. He inspected our basement and exterior and went on to explain exactly how their system would be installed in our basement and the equipment that would accompany it. An estimate was given and and soon afterwards, the work and installation began. The workmen were polite and knowledgeable and at the end of completion each day, they left our basement and driveway tidy. Twelve years late, now 2023, our basement system is still operating well. With the most recent rainstorm dumping approximately 7.5” of rain in our area, the system continued to function even after one pump stopped working. The secondary pump (system is set up with two pumps) picked up immediately, without residual problems. We called the company and the same day a technician came and replaced the one pump, checking to make sure that everything was operating well. We cannot offer any complaints. Management stands behind their product! Realize, that the cost we paid in 2011, would not reflect what the same basement system would cost today!!"

He was quick to offer solutions that met the cities guidelines, which meant part of my addition would be 2 stories, to allow room for my master suite. They prepared the plans worked out all the details with me. The scope of our project was; adding a master suite, enlarging the family room, kitchen remodel, powder room remodel, and some other misc. work. I was pleased with every aspect of there work, from customer service to the quality of the work preformed. One thing I was really impressed by is the attention to details. Victor would spend so much time talking to me about little design elements, how to position the lights, where to put switches, all things which I thought were pointless at the time. But now I realize all those little things really do add up to make a great finished product. All around it was a pleasure working with Build Now NYC"

"Mr Douglas was prompt and spent about 45 minutes examining the areas of concern, taking pictures and making notes. Within two days he sent us via email a report telling us that certain items had to be addressed before any construction could be started. Some of the technical language was obscure and confusing and we asked for clarification. There was one area that was not definitively mentioned in the report and we asked that an addendum be sent. We quickly received a response to our queries, but we were still a bit befuddled. We decided to let the matter lie at that point. We were told in advance what the fee was and we approved it, but afterwards we did not feel that the work performed merited the cost (even with the Angie's List 5% off coupon)."
