"Hired and paid them for installing new fan that I purchased. After hanging they noticed lightning bracket was not welded. Said they would come back and repaired. Have called numerous times and only received call back twice. Always promising to come back and repair. I paid twice what he was going to charge me, so he would return. Never has returned and I had another fan I was going to pay him to repair. Dont like to give bad reviews, but have no choice. Unless this issue is resolved, I would not use or recommend using home advisor again."

The space for the alarm to be set was so tight and nearly no excess to inside studs, he had no method to drill into the walls. He and us agreed that it was not to be hard wired. He explained the problem to us and because we understood the quirkey methods used when this house was built."
