"We had an excellent “remodeling” experience with Zohar! Zohar came over to discuss our kitchen and bathrooms remodeling project - he listened, was courteous, gave us many options, gave us an estimate and time frame for the entire work. We found him to be slightly on the pricier side, but we would hire them again in a heartbeat! Absolutely worth each and every penny! Zohar showed up on a regular basis to make sure all was on track and was available any time we had a question/concern. He walks with you through the whole project and is in constant communication. He then gives you a 3D version photo, with the tiles you select so you can see what your kitchen and bathrooms will look like before even starting - super cool. Zohar would also approve any purchases to ensure everything would fit properly (vanity, mirror, toilet, shower fixtures). Was very comforting to have someone available to assure that all your purchases would work out. Zohar’s team was great–they know their stuff — he knows what he’s doing! All the guys were very polite, respectful of my privacy, and cleaned up every day. The work finished on time, and we were so pleased that the project cost exactly what Zohar quoted. "After many roofing estimates that were incredibly high and came with either no financing or high interest financing, I stumbled upon Zen Builders. Simon was attentive, knowledgeable, and on top of his game. My roof was completed in three days, it's beautiful, and there were NO LEAKS when the rains came a few days later. The workers were professional, considerate, and the clean up was amazing. No trace of having construction in my yard. Because I was so happy with the work, I mentioned to Simon that I would love to have him come back and do a few more projects. I ended up with an even better financing option (both loans are well-within my budget) and a GORGEOUS new patio cover complete with a surprise ceiling fan in the middle! The patio is now white, and they painted the trim of my house to match. They also fixed my heating/AC ducts, insulated my attic, and for free, added plywood, so I can actually store items up there. I have never had an issue getting ahold of Simon or his sister, Kineret (Kerry). When there was an adjustment needed to the air ducts, the workers came out quickly (amid the COVID-19 quarantine) and simply fixed it! I couldn't ask for more! All work took less than a month to complete and I never felt pressured, ignored, or bamboozled. I have recommended Zen Builders to many of my friends. I hope they recover from the imposed quarantine to continue to provide excellent service."
