"My family and I hired Darin as our general contractor to renovate our home in Chino Valley. We found him on Home Advisor and saw the wonderful recommendations everyone had to say about him and Integrabuild. From the first correspondence with him, I knew we found the right person. He was able to clearly layout his entire process and how he runs his operation and to me that is very important. We originally were looking to build from the ground up and after searching through Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey-Humboldt, all the time he would personally come out to the properties and land, finally settling in Chino Valley. For him to do something like that is completely above and beyond what I would expect from a General Contractor. For us we had him oversee and handle a complete kitchen redo, install flooring throughout, expanding bathrooms, constructing stairs for a deck, and installing a new master entrance leading outside. He was very attentive throughout every step, communicating clearly about timelines, and calming any nerves when adverse things would come up (I don t believe there has been a construction project in history that didn t come with a hiccup or two). For example, we had some scheduling issues due to circumstances beyond anyone s control as we started our project about 1 week before the Covid pandemic. Throughout it all Darin and his employees at Integrabuild were some of the hardest working people I have meet and I was in the Marine Corps. We absolutely love the result and how our house turned out. I would say some of the biggest attributes that set him apart from the rest is communication, managing expectations, and overall work ethic is why anyone looking to hire a general contractor should reach out to him and his team. It will give you peace of mind knowing he will get the job done properly. We will definitely be using them for our future needs!"

"Bob was punctual, efficient and a pleasure to have in our home.  He spend one entire day and half of the next day repairing damaged drywall on walls and ceiling in our bedroom. The work was done perfectly. He was tidy, cordial, and made sure to clean everything after the work was completed.  He also repaired several sections of fencing in our backyard that had been damaged from a fallen tree limb. "We have just had AOM complete work on our home. If you are on the fence about using this company, I hope this review helps. The interior of our home had not been painted since it was built (about 2003). It still had the flat contractors paint and some areas were looking decidedly worse for wear.Being pregnant with a toddler on the loose, we decided not to attempt the painting ourselves. I commenced obtaining quotes. Generall,y when having work of any kind done on our home or appliances, I prefer to go with a company that has been recommended to us by friends or family we trust. So we had a number of companies from around the local area come to give us quotes. However, I spotted AOM on Angie's List and was intrigued by their offers and more importantly, the reviews people gave them.I decided to call them for a quote. Well, they were super fast in getting back to me and David offered to come out the next day to provide a quote. After a walk through and explanation of what we needed, he was able to quote me on the spot.We had a relatively tight schedule to get the painting done. We decided to have it done whilst we were away overseas. Certain past experiences have left me largely mistrustful of giving my home over to anyone while I am away, but after chatting with David and Ashly, the owners of AOM, I felt confident that we were in good hands. We were leaving in less than a month and needed the work done by the time we got back. No pressure. Ashly and David were fantastic in fitting on with our schedule requests. Ashly was so great in helping us to decide on exact colors to match our general idea of a color scheme, coming over more than once to put up paint swatches in the different rooms in different areas so we would be able to tell how it would look regardless of time of day. I can't tell you how many color samples we tried before we made our final choices. My mother in law was gracious enough to offer to be on hand to help out with daily concerns, and the AOm team worked so well with her. She was completely impressed - not an easy feat with her! Before we left we had constant communication with Ashly, who even helped me choose paint scents.While we were away, we got regular updates, with pictures from AOm as well as an online work board so I would be completely in the loop with the work done/to be done. We returned the day before yesterday and LOVE the work they have done. We are so incredibly happy and impressed with the work they did. They did all our ceilings,our walls, fixed cracks and dents where needed,painted the walls and to my absolute delight, managed to get my dinged baseboards and door frames looking like new again.They also took care of the smaller details, like kindly replacing globes they saw had blown out. Today, David came by for a walk through to ensure we were happy with everything. There were a few minor things that he fixed right there on the spot. Needless to say, all their fantastic reviews are well deserved.They work hard, work smart, have integrity, and are so very accommodating to their customer's needs. That they are also trustworthy is a huge thing for me , and I suspect that anyone having work done in their home, whilst they might not be about at all times, will understand this. Give them a call - you will not be sorry. Oh, and their quote? A fraction of the cost we were quoted by the others. We intend on using them for all projects in the future."

"The crew arrived earlier that agreed and set to work quickly. The crew were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. They worked very hard and were very respectful of our home. The job required they work at our house over multiple days and each day the guys cleaned up the work area very thoroughly. I really appreciated that the guys did not rush any aspect of their job but really focused on the quality of their workmanship. All phone contact with the management of Cooper's Construction was answered very quickly and they were very responsive to our needs. "We got SAL?s name from friends of friends at church that they had built a new house for. 
After a tour of their house we were set on SAL as our contractor. We had them remodel our master bathroom.  This
was a big project as everything was removed down to bare bones.  They guys showed up on-time every day and
always cleaned up the mess at quitting time. Scott & his crew are wonderful pleasant people that truly care about
what they do.  Our bathroom turned out perfect. We get so many compliments on the custom shower they built. Amazing!!!  I would recommend them to anyone. They aren't the cheapest contractor in town, but you get what you pay for.  We plan on having them back to replace our windows too!
