He then sent us a proposal (including the estimated cost) via e-mail, which we subsequently accepted. Fritz scheduled our work, and we sent a 25% down payment. The first day's work included installing the StoreWall panels, prepping the floor, and applying the first coat of epoxy. An additional coat was applied each of the next two days.
