"The guy can do everything, although he is not certified. He came out and fixed things that other people had already come out to fix. He is very thorough and doesn't just cover things up. There have been things that he has seen that he has just had to change or fix, because they were wrong that he won't charge me for. He does a very good job. It has been a very good experience. Marco isn't the cheapest, but the work is just fabulous. I think that the quality of work is worth the price. He has a very good eye or art and colors. He is very courteous and not informal. He is very warm and respectful. I can always get a hold of him if I have a question. He always lets me know if a plan changes or something comes up."

"After our 29-year-old furnace stopped working, we had several heating and air conditioning companies come out to give us estimates to replace the furnace and air conditioner. We like Lennox and to make it an apples-to-apples comparison, we requested quotes from companies that offered the same make and model Lennox equipment and were listed on Lennox’s website with the same ranking and certifications (NATE certified, top 1% sales and service, etc.). Of the three companies that came out and gave us estimates, only We Care offered rebates and incentives; the other Lennox dealers/installers did not either mention or offer either. Omar arrived on time, surveyed the furnace, the air conditioner, and the ductwork. He was thorough in explaining the various furnaces and air conditioners available, and recommended a system that was tailored to our needs and budget. He told us about the rebates offered by the manufacturer and the government, as well as We Care’s sales incentives. He was also quite helpful in arranging financing and scheduling the installation so that we didn’t have to take time away from work or were delayed because of the Thanksgiving holidays. The installers were extremely professional, courteous, and very conscientious about not tracking any work product into the house. They arrived a little late (because of an all-hands meeting that morning), but got straight to work. They were very efficient – completing the installation in one day despite the late start – and exceptionally tidy: impressively so. The area around the furnace is somewhat difficult to access, but they removed the old furnace and installed the new furnace quickly and without complaint. We were somewhat concerned about the irrigation system wiring that runs near the furnace, but they were very careful to ensure the installation of the furnace did not interfere with irrigation system’s wiring or control box. The techs also improved the durability of the furnace’s platform, performance, and appearance with the installation of the metal sheeting and additional insulation that the builder had not done. We had two small glitches: one with the arrival time and the other with the new thermostat. It would have been nice if the office had called to give us a heads up that there was a delay. The thermostat had not been programmed to switch automatically between heating and cooling. A minor inconvenience as that feature was covered in the Installation Guide rather than the User’s Guide but was corrected with a simple phone call to the thermostat manufacturer. We will definitely recommend We Care to anyone considering replacing their furnace or air conditioner."

"The electrician arrived a bit early, and was fast, clean, and efficient doing the installations. He cleaned up after himself, and showed me how to replace the light bulbs in the new light fixtures. The finished work looks great. This is a very old house and he really respected the spirit of the place (which hasn't always been the case with workmen here.) I am so happy with this job and I am definitely keeping their business card."

Kept me informed about decisions I would need to make if the power cord wasn't long enough and the vent dryer coil wasn't aluminum. "Have you tried to get a garden window installed in San Diego County recently? If you have, you know it is not easy. With many companies not wanting to do a small job or others only dealing with flat windows, it can certainly be a challenge. However from the get-go Coughlin Windows was excellent to work with. They had a team that was on time, courteous and professional in all interactions. From the initial visit of Jared and phone conversations with Diane I knew I was working with a home-town type company. Friendly and building a relationship is not very common for businesses today. They took the time and explained the steps that it would take to get the window measured, ordered and installed. Final measurements and ordering was a breeze, they even offer a discount for payment by check. Steve and Robbie came out and installed the garden window. They did a great job even helping remove an old window box that was bad from wood rot. It has been raining since the install and has shown no issues. Thanks we will be using you again and recommending it to everyone we know."
