Their administrator, Bethany, kept me informed regarding obtaining the parts from out of State (COVID19 slowed down shipment from local parts warehouses). Three days later a whole new TRANE system has been installed by the best installation team ever: Ferando & Ricardo. Thank you, Team Top Quality!"

"I used an Angies list coupon for this service, and had planned to wait to call in for an appointment.  However they called me the next day to schedule.  I had to reschedule several times and each time customer service was very helpful.I was a little worried about using a company in another state...but the serviceman was from the next town over.He came to the door after he started to work laughing, my dryer vent was as clean as a new one. So I asked him to check the dryer vent hose.  He agreed and had the vent hose off and shaken clean in under five minutes. Thats why the received a C rating for Quality, I had clumps of dryer link on the carpet and between the washer and dryer that where never picked up. I thought he would have vacuumed.

Thank goodness it was in the garage. I was not happy that I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades which were not covered by my policy."
