"We have used a good amount of companies before, and continued to get the same result; no communication, always above budget, and never within the time frame discussed. Trevor and his team were the exact opposite of this. We never had any issues with communication, price, or time. We also have three small children and our project was fairly large. Trevor and his team took great care to make sure our children were comfortable, and most importantly, safe. 10 out of 10 will absolutely hire again."

"No show on the date of job and I do not think he knew what the best way to do the job. I had the job done and it was much cheaper and was done the way 3 others said it should  be.not the way this contractor was going to do it. <br />"

"I am sorry to say I would not use Mr Duffy again nor recommend him. <br /> John took 6 weeks to complete the job due to personal travel & a knee injury. <br /> Although  John does have skills - he was quick to make sure he did not do anything that he might not be paid for - <br /> since I never objected to paying - this attitude was not needed. Due to his personal situation he seemed to rush the job - work was poorly done or undone as a result. <br /> EX: He charged an extra $200 for two hours to paint the railings brown on the deck - maybe 26ft all together. <br /> The paint he used on the railings was shiny latex and due to the Florida weather (rain & humidity) it never completely dried - it began to peel off within days. It has continued to come off anytime something touches the railing surface..I sent him a text with picture the next day after he completed and asked for a solution - he did not reply. He had moved to North Carolina. <br />  I am disappointed for these & other reasons - including my need to repaint the entire 12x24 deck myself as the paint Mr Duffy used in his addition did not match the sealer already on the deck. He explained the sun had lightened the existing deck but that did not turn out to be the case. I really hoped the job could have looked more professional when completed. I wanted a great back yard to entertain in. For what it cost I should have that."

"We were very happy with the Juan Lopez and his crew of painters. They did a quick and thorough job of making our home look new again. We would definitely hire them again in the future. The quality was excellent and the price was very fair."

"Everything went fantastic. We actually love our kitchen and laundry room now. We had gotten to the point we hated the kitchen and tolerated the laundry room. Now both and especially the kitchen look very elegant. Working with Micah was wonderful. He was very professional, offered many suggestions on what was needed or how it should be done. He was honest, listened and understood what we needed, went out of his way to insure that we were happy and was very meticulous about his work. <br /> We have a very large kitchen so needless to say it was a major undertaking especially correcting all the problems left by the original cabinet maker. When Micah finished it looked like we had installed all new high-end cabinets but at almost half the price of putting in new cabinets. <br /> So anyone that has a situation like us where the cabinet boxes themselves are salvageable we highly recommend Residential Facelift.  We had looked at other companies that reface kitchen cabinets but found that their techniques were not appealing and were more expensive. We are definitely pleased with the work Residential Facelift had done and highly recommend them. In fact we are already thinking about them doing the cabinets and trim in our master bathroom (again fixing the disaster from the original cabinet maker)."

"I am extremely happy with the work they did and the care they took in protecting furniture and floors.  Keith and the guys were so easy to work with and the job they did was fantastic.  My stairs look amazing thank to Paul and Terry did a great job as well.  If I asked someone to touch up an area in another room they were happy to do it.  I can't say enough about the finished product, my house looks brand new!  I wouldn't hesitate in using them again."

"We had a large swarm of honeybees decide that the area above our front door would be the perfect hive. I tried contacting other services for their removal but was very pleased that Southeastern Bee Removal was able to come and help us deal with the issue before it got any more out of hand. They removed approximately 15,000 bees. Was very pleased with their work! Would definitely recommend them to others."

"That particular company had been getting a bad rep before we used them. We went ahead and used them and it was not an insurance claim and they did an excellent job. They're competitive and very comparable to everybody else in our area. They're not any more expensive, they're not any less. They do a really good job, what they promise to do, they do."

"The service rep was quite unprofessional. Appeared a bit unkept, very young- which wouldn't normally matter - but the way the quote was handled was not business appropriate. He immediately said he would have to rip out and remove the entire existing shower without trying to see if he could pinpoint the problem. Other companies gave me several options for fix&repair vs entire removal and replacement - but this guy only gave me complete replacement. Said it couldn't be done any other way. <br />"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Blue Ridge, GA

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
