"They provided a brand new pump and filter. They put in the Diamond Bright on the bottom of the pool. They resurfaced the pool (blue), installed hydraulic cement, pentair and the pump. "They are offering two routine checkups, but are often going to come across some sort of problem that would require multiple visits where you would need to pay additional fees. They send younger less experienced technicians for the routine checkups who could not handle fixing the issue he found. They then send someone of higher ability to analyze the issue, and then send someone else who can actually resolve it. This amounted to 3 visits over 3 days. I ended up paying $200 for repairs to my A/C Unit that is less than a year old. It was generous of them to refund the $79 for the big deal. They gave an estimate for another installation which I declined because I wasn't happy with their service. They also tried to schedule my 2nd routine checkup the next month. They should be around 6 months apart, back to back visits seem unnecessary."
