"The water heater repair was $400 and they wanted to charge us the $300 for the bathroom leak, but we told them it was ridiculous because the guy was only here for 5 minutes. They ended up crediting us some money back so they handled that really well. Less than 2 days later the water heater broke. They did not send out the same guy. They guy they sent out was really great, he walked us through every minute and dime he spent. He told us not to worry and that we were getting our money's worth. Then there was another time that I needd a $6,000 repair and I didn't have time to get estimates, but I trusted their work. "after purchasing the voucher  I found out that the special is only applicable to gas line with small pipe.   my house is a typical 1950's house with a typical gas line so I'm not sure why they specifically listed pipe smaller then that.  it will be additional charge if i want to get it installed.   my prior experience with this company has been that their prices are higher then other companies that service my area and they cannot tell me what the additional cost is on the phone....has to be provided by plumber in person.   takes too much time to schedule and wait for just an estimate.   had to cancel the voucher due to this.  i have to add that they are very professional and punctual...so if price is not that important, i'd give them a try.
