"They came in the time allocated. I had two areas I needed looked at , main shut off waterline which some tightening of fittings that were done. The other was replace a part in the faucet if the tub that mixes cold an warm water. Only the cold worked. He tried to loosen and clean the warm part, it needed to be replaced. They went to the local hartware and purchased it. It now works fine now. One suggestion would be that every time an additional charge was mentioned, I had to ask specifically how much it would add to the total bill. I definitely will hire him again."

I was given a five-hour window for the Tech to arrive. This is the longest time frame ever. I assume that the extra COVID procedures are the reason. (some others had an answering service that knew nothing; some were going to have an engineer come out to give an estimate, and then make an appt). He looked and clearly explained what the problem was, why we needed to replace the sump pump, how long it would take, etc. He went out right away to get the pump, was back in less than one hour, replaced the pump, and the final bill was less than the estimate. I cannot recommend his company highly enough."
