"Jorge and his crew from Sublime Water Garden gave my ponds, filter, and waterfall a long-overdue cleaning, and did a great job! They kept my koi safe, and came equipped with huge vats so they could return a portion of the old water to the pond so it wasn't all brand-new city water. They completed a huge task in a few hours that would have taken me a three-day weekend--and I'd have needed equipment like the vats that I didn't have. Great work, now my pond is beautifully clean. Pros: They know what they're doing and worked diligently to clean out my water feature. Cons: They're a little expensive, but having all the equipment needed, the knowledge, and the diligence to do a good job, they're worth it. They showed up a little late, but the office called to let me know their earlier appointment took longer than expected."

"Awesome! Mark is extremely responsive , patient, and always responds to communication. I'm very analytical and ask a lot of questions and research. Mark always replied to my questions within a day and most cases in few hours. Mark is very concerned with making sure we are happy. To the point he recommended to hold off on a service and visit nursery with us because he wanted to make sure we were 100% confident on trees we wanted. Many other landscape companies we spoke with act like they are too busy and doing us a favor to speak with us. The storm with 50+ mph wind blew over few of our trees and Mark was back out immediately to resolve. I also had some small trees I planted myself before hiring Mark and he even did some extra work and mulched. We are very happy with our tree selection and look forward to doing more business with Mark and highly recommend."

"FANTASTIC! Stenson was great to work with from start to finish. If there were questions, they came out and answered them. If we hit a snag, they worked with me to resolve. They were willing to work around the schedule of having a specific crew out to take apart and then re-assemble the gazebo. The crew they sent was courteous and hard working, and they did a great job. I'm so happy with the results, and so pleased that Stenson made it so easy for me to get what we needed and wanted in the backyard. We'll have them back out when we're ready to add the bbq/fireplace!!!"

"They came out when I was not there and I had told them not to do that. They came when I was not there and I told them not to do that. They came out and poured the patio and I was not there. The quality when they did that wasn't good. When I called the company they came and fixed all the work that was bad."

"We love the spa. The installation and everything was good, but we had some trouble with the spa. After my 5th telephone call in 3 months, we found out that the problem was that I was cleaning the filter system with the detergent in the kitchen that you wash the dishes with, and that is not what I was supposed to do. I was supposed to wash with the high pressure hose, and once I did that, the problem went away. The guy kept coming out to service and he never told me that. If he had said that the first time, it would be perfect, but he wasn't trained in that particular area. I was really frustrated with it, because we were having a lot of down time with it. I called them and said I needed someone at the top to sort it out. They came right out, and we started walking through it, and within 3 or 4 minutes he identified what the problem was. He was the top dog there, and he told me that when they were installing it, he had verbally told me what to do, and that may be true. I don't have a very good memory, and I am not going to say it is my fault, because if the maintenance guy would have known his job, it would not be a problem. It was a very big thing, but other than that it was perfect. It was not inexpensive, it was on the high side, but it was very good quality. We are very pleased with it. I was happy enough to buy it, but it was on the high side. They were highly responsive, it was just that too much was required for a while there. It was a single problem. They responded very quickly. I am sure the maintenance guy has been brought up to date because of this incidence."
