"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"My husband and I noticed that there was water coming out the side of the kitchen cabinet, and it was leaking into our living room area, which is adjacent to the kitchen, causing a puddle in our carpet. We called another contractor, who could not locate the source of the leak, and who, in my opinion, was too lazy to investigate it enough to actually find the problem. We thought the source of the leak was coming from the dishwasher, so we replaced it. The leak continued. We then thought the source of the leak was the refrigerator, so we replaced that, as well. When that did not solve the problem, I called MLS late that night, and we made an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and was pleasant and polite. He began investigating the leak, and discovered that the source was a pipe in the wall that was behind the kitchen sink! They had to cut into the drywall, and as we moved the furniture out of the way, we discovered that the water had leaked into the carpet about a foot from the wall, and discovered that the bottom of my large bookshelf was completely rotted, as well as my entertainment center, where my TV was located. The technician cut into the wall, made the repair, replaced the drywall, and even hooked up the water line to my new refrigerator, so that I could be able to use the water and ice dispenser. He was also kind enough to install the license plates on my new vehicle for me, as well as the car seat base for my grandson! Because of their commitment to quality work, I now have peace of mind that the leak is fixed, which is priceless to me. They did all this for me in a timely fashion, and the technician stayed until the job was completed, which was well past 10 pm, and never once complained about anything. My husband and I were so impressed with his professionalism and quality of work, we have already recommended MLS to a friend of mine, and would recommend them to anyone that asks. These people came into my
home to create a bathroom out of a mess. 
We had to completely gut the bath that contained an old garden tub and
really bad cabinets.  After clearing the
mess Dream Renovations began to build a beautiful walk in shower and bath area
with everything we desired.  They
constructed a linen closet, new cabinets, stripped off old wall paper and did
interior design as well as construction. 
The owner, Cane Caldwell is
basically an artist with a sense of perfection. If you are like me and do not
see a finished product with construction, you can rest in Cane?s ability to do
so.  If there is something along the way
that you want to change they are very accommodating with that also.  Let me just say that I have a dream new bath.
I also want to comment on the
character of Mr. Caldwell who has a sense of responsibility and integrity.  He did everything we ask while doing his best
to keep to the time we requested. 
Renovations can be hard to predict since there is always the possibility
of the unexpected.  We sailed through a
couple of those with a great attitude and sense of responsibility from this
business.

"Used list coupon for replacement of bathroom sink faucet. Received Angie's List response saying that we would be contacted "soon" After three days, had not been contacted by contractor, so we called. They returned our call within ten minutes and said they had been having problems with being contacted by Angie's List. and scheduled the service for first thing the following morning. Upon arrival and inspection, the plumber said both shutoff valves needed to be replaced as well for an additional charge of $75. This was not a surprise to us, and we had purchased replacement valves already. We believed the additional repair was needed and the cost was reasonable. Replacement was performed in a professional manner, cleanup performed and repair tested. Would use again."
