"My husband and I noticed that there was water coming out the side of the kitchen cabinet, and it was leaking into our living room area, which is adjacent to the kitchen, causing a puddle in our carpet. We called another contractor, who could not locate the source of the leak, and who, in my opinion, was too lazy to investigate it enough to actually find the problem. We thought the source of the leak was coming from the dishwasher, so we replaced it. The leak continued. We then thought the source of the leak was the refrigerator, so we replaced that, as well. When that did not solve the problem, I called MLS late that night, and we made an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and was pleasant and polite. He began investigating the leak, and discovered that the source was a pipe in the wall that was behind the kitchen sink! They had to cut into the drywall, and as we moved the furniture out of the way, we discovered that the water had leaked into the carpet about a foot from the wall, and discovered that the bottom of my large bookshelf was completely rotted, as well as my entertainment center, where my TV was located. The technician cut into the wall, made the repair, replaced the drywall, and even hooked up the water line to my new refrigerator, so that I could be able to use the water and ice dispenser. He was also kind enough to install the license plates on my new vehicle for me, as well as the car seat base for my grandson! Because of their commitment to quality work, I now have peace of mind that the leak is fixed, which is priceless to me. They did all this for me in a timely fashion, and the technician stayed until the job was completed, which was well past 10 pm, and never once complained about anything. My husband and I were so impressed with his professionalism and quality of work, we have already recommended MLS to a friend of mine, and would recommend them to anyone that asks. Thank you, once again, for all your hard work!"

"An estimator came out and gave us a quote Saturday morning for 7 windows facing west on our home. He offered multiple colors of screen. Something they suggested that other companies did not was different protection for the lower versus the bottom. We have windows upstairs that are not covered by a patio, these used the 90% screens. For the bottom windows that still face west but are slightly covered by the patio, they use a 80% to still let more light into the living area inside. I thought this was a great idea. Screens were installed while we were at work 3 days later, estimated completion time was 2 to 7 days based on the weather forecast for that week. I don't blame for not wanting to be on a roof during serve weather. 
The cost was lower than the other 2 estimates I received. I never flt pressured by LSSS like other solar screen companies. 
We will be doing the other side of the house next year and will go back to LSSS without question.

I had roof damage from the hail storm that moved through the McKinney area in March of 2017. I contacted Braden from Acclaim (he had previously been by my house & did a roof inspection & wanted to repair the roof at that time but I hadn't owned it when I'm guessing another storm had been through) and setup an inspection. So far, so good. Braden was out to inspect within a day or two & we worked with my insurance adjuster to get that part done. When my insurance came to inspect they noticed screen damage on all of my windows so that was written in as well. I bring this up to say that the sub-contractor they used to have this work done was extremely professional and took great pride in his work. Sorry for the digression: back to the roof repair review. Boiled down, during the roof replacement a small section of decking was damaged (see attached pictures). I sent the pictures to my insurance company & Acclaim also contacted them to ask for additional money to repair the damaged decking but my insurance company noted that the damage wad not part of the storm damage that it was caused by the contractor's that were working on my roof. So I'm putting this review out here to show the damaged decking (see attached pictures) & hopefully I can come back and edit my review to show that Acclaim fixed the damage caused by the repair. To date I've been unhappy with how this has been handled - Acclaim says that the builder used "cheap material" to put the roof on originally & that that is the cause. However, it is only damaged in the areas I've shown & if the decking was in such bad shape why wasn't this mentioned on the original inspection of the roof. In any case, I'll follow up here and list the final resolution with pictures and more details.

Follow Up Review
Acclaim (Lloyd & Whitney) got back with me and they arranged to replace the decking that was damaged and make my roof look (internally & externally) awesome. I appreciate them for taking ownership of the issue because in their view it was something that my insurance company should have paid for. They came out, pulled the old damaged decking out and put in new decking and shingles. Everything looks as it should."

"There are 2 levels in my yard and the lower level is about 4 foot lower than the house so I was looking to put up a fence to prevent my kids from falling accidentally and also as requested by the home insurance policy providers. They were actually  2 of about 4 or so contractors we called that even returned out phone calls! They provided a written quote, left some material about the company and also discussed the work with us. Still deciding if we want to have the fence installed due to the price or just limit the kids to the front yard until they are old enough.
