"The installation of new pump, heater, and automatic system all appears good; the installers were competent and friendly. My disappointment was in a change in cost of monthly service. I was quoted one price and then received a contract at $40 more per month than the quote. When I questioned this, I was told that I had a large pool (not so) and spa and that was not included in the quote - which is strange as the gentleman was sitting near my pool when he gave me the price. I am very disappointed in that."

I hired them about 6 months ago and they have been great and are not trying to fix things that are not broken as others have done. I have never received near the level of personal attention with other companies regardless of their size. I depend on my pool for therapy and they have been willing to make that a priority in servicing me. Other companies have left me hanging without use of my pool for many days but Sweetwater has bent over backwards to see this does not happen. I have had pools for probably 20 years and have never been as happy with the pool and the service provider as I am now. Give them a try you will not be dissapointed."

"Freddie Wilson re-plumbed our pool equipment out in Valencia Lakes. He was honest, reliable, reasonably priced and did a bang-up job. No more leaks or air bubbles in the pool and he took the time to label everything and show us how to operate the equipment. He actually needed to replace a part we didn't now was bad and he didn't charge us even though it cost him at least an hour of his time to drive into town and source the part. I cannot recommend this man enough. Do yourself a favor and call him for any of your pool related needs, he's awesome!"
