"EXCELLENT WORK AND EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE by all the team members at Entry Systems. I would like to acknowledge the Manager - Johnathan, Office Staff - Amber, Ian, Kathy and Gabby and the Technicians - Glenn and Julio, Jeff and Derek. They all were incredibly professional, efficient and responsive to my urgent emergency. My garage door was severely damaged with our two cars trapped inside the garage from a â hit-and-run driverâ at my residence. Amber immediately sent Jeff to assess the damage that same day. Next, Glenn and Julio arrived and removed the damaged garage door and boarded up the entrance in a very proficient and efficient manner. The replacement garage door was immediately ordered and arrived in a very timely manner the following week. Derek was very punctual and arrived to my residence to install the replacement garage door. He was experienced, knowledgeable, accommodating and patient. He answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. Derek went the â extra mileâ with the installation of the replacement garage door. Glenn ensured the replacement hardware functioned properly with the existing undamaged hardware. He was knowledgeable, detail oriented and did an incredible job. I am very impressed with the professionalism, exceptional customer service and top quality work by everyone that works at Entry Systems for the replacement of my severely damaged garage door.
