After texting him door measurements and a few pictures of the work to be done, George gave me an instant (and accurate) quote. A few days later, his team showed up after letting me know that day that they were running an hour behind. The delay didn't bother me, and I appreciated their prompt communication. Once they showed up, they went right to work, installing one new opener and servicing both doors (new springs on one door) -- finishing in about 1 hour. "After learning that the company wanted $300 for a pair of door sensors for my 1/2hp Craftsman Garage Door opener, I told Dave the technician that I thought $300 for a pair of door sensors was way overpriced and that I could get the parts from Sears for about $30 a piece.  For $300, I could get a brand new garage opener!  I will not be using this company for any future repairs and will be letting my friends and neighbors of their overpricing.

"We just purchased our first home and while we love the home, we are pretty sure it had the original garage door on it from the late 90s so our top priority was replacing the door and opener both . I got quotes from several companies two weeks ago, but when it came down to it, I had a much better experience with Champions Garage Door repair and felt we would be better taken care of. That said, they have some awesome deals so I still believe we walked away with a great deal. They scheduled a pre visit to come measure the door on Monday, which was quick and made me feel more confident for our appointment. Then Tuesday, Dave and Jose came and installed the door.
