"I obtained three bids from 'A' rated retrofit window suppliers for installation of a patio door and bedroom window using Milgard Tuscany series. <br /> The price range was about 20% with Pelican providing the best bid for the work.  After Tim came and confirmed the measurements and his price, I placed the order with Pelican.  Once the hardware delivery schedule was available Pelican provided an install date of  Feb.25 at 9am.   <br /> The office called a day ahead to confirm that the installers would be there as scheduled.  The morning of Feb 25 they arrived and proceeded with the work.  Both installers, Rico and Javier, were professional, efficient, and courteous. They removed the old aluminum window and door and completed installation of the new vinyl units in a very neat manner.  It took about 3-1/2 hours and they left the condo as neat as they found it.   <br /> I was very pleased with their reliability, timeliness, work quality and their price.  I would recommend tham to anyone. <br />"

"I was very concerned about having the door repaired. My first calls to possible repair business (including original company that installed double pane windows and doors throughout my entire home) resulted in being told numerous excuses for not being able to help me, including that (1)the manufacturer had been bought by another company and and quot;we no longer have a relationship with themand quot;; (2) and quot;we don't do business as far away as you are located from usand quot;, (3) and quot;we install and repair our windows but not those of other companiesand quot;. After several phone conversations and negative replies, I wondered if my only option was to replace entire door. <br /> One final look at Angie's List had me calling AAA-Doors and Windows. I spoke with Eric, explained my problem, and at the end of the conversation, we had an appointment on Thursday (I called on Tuesday). Eric arrived on time, looked at my door......said he was very familiar with Certainteed doors and, in fact, had the exact replacement lock with him in his truck. He repaired the lock in 30 minutes, charging me only $69.50 for the work. He was courteous and friendly. I will certainly call AAA-Doors and Windows if and when I have another problem. <br />"

"Jerome was very responsive. When I called to get an estimate for a garage door opener, he was very knowledgeable on what type of openers I should have. He also has a very good price. Once the appointment is made, he called to confirm the appointment, and he showed up as promised. He installed the garage door opener and the release mechanism free of charge. He also gave me information on how to set up other remote controls if I wanted to. All and all just a very pleasant experience, which is (surprisingly) rare in the home-improvement industry. <br />"

"I was originally looking for a mobile service that would come to our home and replace our windshield when I ran across this provider. The reviews were outstanding so I decided to go with a repair instead of a replacement. When I spoke to Mark on the phone I suggested an appointment for the following day but he explained to me that repairing small cracks as soon as possible was preferable to waiting even one day to prevent them from becoming larger Due to our schedule we could not be home until around 5:30 pm but Mark said he was willing to coming out at that time and met us at our home as promised. In a short time he had repaired the area to the point where the cracks were not even visible and we couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome.
