"Formal Complaint against TLC Plumbing & Utility (Albuquerque) I am filing this formal complaint regarding gross negligence, illegal plumbing practices, and extensive property damage caused by TLC Plumbing. Nature of the Incident: TLC Plumbing performed work on my property that was not only substandard but fundamentally dangerous. Specifically, they installed a sewer pipe into my main culinary water line, creating a severe health hazard and cross-contamination of my home's drinking water. Property Damage & Negligence: ? Illegal Installation: After hiring an independent, licensed plumbing company to inspect the work, it was confirmed that TLC?s installation was illegal and violated state building and health codes. ?
