"The installers did a great job removing old system and installing the new system in the garage along with the A/C system on the roof. A very neat job and a great clean-up afterwards. The installers were knowledgeable of the systems and made sure I was pleased with the work! I will continue to use Albuquerque Plumbing and Heating Company my home plus have them do my Daughters house too!! The technicians in this company are also trained to install & repair tankless hot water heaters too!!"

"First contractor said unit needed replacement. Ortega came out and said it was repairable. They were the most professional and service oriented company I have worked with for a long time. Extremely impressed!"

"Arrived on time, and repaired the leaking pipe under my kitchen sink. He's personable, and easy to talk to. Randy didn't talk down to me, he explained everything that was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. When he was finished he made sure all areas around where he worked was cleaned up before he left. When I have more plumbing problems I will be calling Randy again, I highly recommend him!!!"

"We cannot say enough about how great this company and the service was. Last year they replaced our hot water heater, and today we had them replace some copper pipes. Honest owners, and awesome repair people. They go above and beyond in their work. Highly recommended!"

"It felt that the company wanted the customer to pay more than the actual cost of the job. For example, to fix a water bleed in the toilet tank ABQ Heating and Cooling quoted ~$300 for fixing it while I got another company to fix the issue for less than $150."

"NCB mechanical provided excellent customer service when installing our new water heater, they were on time and answered any questions or concerns we had! Cleaned up after the job was completed and provide follow up to ensure we were satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend NCB mechanical for anyone needing quality, honest service!"

"The crew that worked on this remodel, led by Alejandro, were prompt in arriving, patient with our questions, and very responsive to our requests. They were very skilled and thorough, and completely changed our home for the better. I highly recommend this company, since it provides full services, such that plumbing and electrical are available from within the organization, as opposed to waiting for subcontractors to respond."
