The owners are so friendly and make you feel like you are their only customer. We use them exclusively for all our HVAC needs for repair work that has been done to our unit and even to install an additional air intake, which tremendously aided in cooling our house in the areas further-est from the original intake. This was a solution they provided to answer our problem of half our house being hot/cold depending on the season. We cannot get over the difference it makes. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Elite Plumbing did an outstanding job repairing a bad faucet leak in my bathroom that my husband couldn’t fix. They also fixed two toilets that weren’t flushing right. Additionally, they reseated my toilet that was removed by a painter and put back in crooked three years ago! The painter tried to convince me that my toilet was crooked and rocked when one sat on it before he removed it to paint. Elite Plumbing leveled my toilet and it no longer rocks or has my knees almost touching the wall when I use it! They came back the next day to caulk around it.
