"I contacted several companies to get quotes on installing a mini-split AC/Heating unit in our bedroom. Russell Dodd from NETR came promptly and explained the entire system and installation in detail. Came back to review the installation before the install date. The NETR arranged the date and everyone involved in the installation showed up on time and performed in a professional, expert fashion. When everything was done, they explained how to work the unit and how to get an energy rebate. My only caution is not related to NETR, but make sure you have thoroughly evaluated your needs before going ahead. It is possible to heat/cool more than one spaces with one exterior heat pump unit and I didn't think about using it to heat my garage until too late.

I did contract with Atlantic to replace my old system which was 20+ years old. They came to the house (Darren, Liam and Adam) before starting the work so they could review the plans for starting the following Monday. They did confirm everything with me including the start time. I was contacted at the end of each day with an updated status on the work. The job took two and 1/2 days to complete and the basement was left clean after their work.
