"This is a family run business, it's Vic and his sons that run the company. Absolutely great to work with, and nothing but professional. Within 5 minutes of filling out the project on Angi, I received a call from them. They came out and looked at the issue the next day and gave me an initial estimate. The project was a custom tile shower was leaking at the door. Turned out once they started doing the demo on the shower, it was a lot more water damage than we initially thought. The waterproofing under the shower had failed, and the shower floor had to be removed. This was not their fault, there was no visible evidence of the additional damage until they started the demo. That's just the nature of water damage. Once we found out the extent of the damage, they gave us a second estimate, and that was the final price. The whole project took a little over a week, but they kept us completely informed during the whole thing. Would absolutely recommend and would use them again."

"I really wish I could leave zero stars. Do not work with this company and especially donâ t work with a guy named Jose and his sidekick Nikki. They are literally trash. Thereâ s no nicer way to put it. Joseâ s number is (702) 490-6000 and Nikiâ s is (702) 683-9881 and they bill you through water damage professionals just in case you need more info on them to make sure you donâ t work with them. They try pulling extra money out of your insurance and when thereâ s out of pocket fees Jose tells you it will cost X dollars shakes your hand and then Niki sends you a bill of 3-5 times more. They are the biggest liars and worst contractors in Las Vegas/henderson area. Iâ m the stupid one for hiring them. The job they do is what Latinos call a Mickey Mouse job. Complete trash. They had to come back to fix almost everything they did and itâ s still not fix. They did the flooring downstairs and my house is like a fucken jumper place. As the days go by more and more sections of the floors lifts up and you literally trip in certain sections because of how lifted it is. They should not have there license. I even have 2 of the only good workers they have calling me asking me if I can help them get a job with another contractor because they know Jose, Niki and the company are complete trash. Jose has some balls saying heâ s a professional. He promised all our work to be done within 3 months. 6+ months later he thinks the jobs done and he has Niki threatening us with a lien on the house because we hadnâ t yet paid the rest of the money they had stolen from us. Jose spent 6+ months blaming the past workers that were in the house which did work on the house before I lived in it. He is such a loser. He could not accept that they were no good. Niki supposedly does the communication between you and the insurance and she doesnâ t do anything. We were the ones calling the insurance, requesting documents from Jose and Niki to send to our insurance because Niki and Jose werenâ t doing their job. On top of that the insurance didnâ t want to cover so I literally found the contact information of the ceo emailed him and a few days later the manager of a local branch was in my house apologizing on the insurances be half. Long story short do not waste your time and money. These people should lose their license and not have any opportunity to earn your business. They are complete clowns and unprofessional. Jose and Niki you and your company deserve a negative amount of stars and your license to be taken away."

"To All Concerned! I went into contract with your company on 9 Oct 2024, to have my kitchen remodeled by your company, by paying $1000.00. This exciting project started on 14 Oct 2024. I was told by Jonathan Pruneda and his sales associate Greg that this project would take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks and now we are on week 11. First error was demolition day their demo team demoing a section of my kitchen that was not ever included in the initial contract, and I insisted that I was not going to pay for these cabinets to go back up to tear them back down because we are having a room added, but I did. Once the demo was done Mr. Pruneda, came right on over for the $28,000, check for materials. Then they claim I never mentioned that I wanted lighting under my cabinets and Mr. Pruneda said it was not in the contract so, I had to pay additional for that….ok fine no big deal. Once the water line for my sink got complete then the electrician took care of the electrical, they sent their sales associate Greg, out for the yet another payment in the amount of $10,000. Then the $6,000 check was picked up. The project began to move right along until it wasn t and that s when all the excuses started to come!! Week 9 into 10, there was no movement happening in my house by this company. Jonathan s partner Todd Bull was taken care of countertops and stated to me that his (sub-contractor) could get my countertops in and fabricated by Saturday, 14 Dec 2024. Well, Saturday came and gone without me having countertops. No call or text from Todd Bull. When I called Mr. Bull, I got yet another excuse. He said that Marble Express (where I picked the porcelain slabs), sent the wrong slabs and they didn t notice until Friday, 13 Dec 2024. When I was told it would take 3 to 4 days to fabricate….making delivery Saturday. Then my husband talked to Todd, and he promised someone would be out at our home on Monday 16 Oct 2024, no one showed up. I texted Mr. Bull and Mr. Pruneda and no answer. My husband texted Mr. Bull and Mr. Pruneda, and still no answer. With this said….each time a stage of the project was done or almost at completion they didn t have a problem coming to my home to collect payment, which I have attached for viewing. We had each payment on time. As far as I am concerned this is an untrustworthy company and your words are just words. Empty promises! I will have to take this complaint further if my home is not completed by the end of this week."
