"When I first contacted the owner to schedule an appointment, he said he did not have his appointment book with him but would find it and phone me back.  He did not phone me and after four days, I phoned him again.  He finally remembered me and set an appointment for four days hence.  His helper Eric showed up on time.  Eric was courteous, clean and did the work in a fast and efficient manner.  Mr. AArdema showed up before Eric started the job and conferred with Eric on the materials needed and the job.
I was very pleased with Eric, I requested a second exterior outlet be installed and Eric said he could do it at the same time.  I paid an additional $125 in the form of a check to Aardema Electric.  I would be happy to have Eric perform more electrical work for me.

"The agent, John, was very personable and professional.  The window for my appointment for set  for 1-3pm, and at 2:30 John called to inform me he was in traffic and apologized for potentially being late.  He arrived before 3pm, and I really appreciated his heads up. 
I am still in the process of investigating my options and getting quotes for the job of replacing/fixing the sewer line, as it is a very expensive project, however, Edrooter's price was very competitive, and if I decide to replace the sewer line, I will definitely hire them to do the job.

"We didn't know how much time it would take to install new baseboard so we bought two people for 4 hours. The job was a little more difficult than it appeared as we have round corners. Rather than cut it square and leave a gap, the crew cut small pieces to give the rounded effect. It looks very professional and we are extremely pleased with the results. Unfortunately we ran out of hours, but we are so pleased that we ordered another 4 hours with 2 people to finish the job. They arrived late even after calling us to let us know, but the quality of the work was so outstanding that we are more than willing to accept the 20 minute inconvenience. "Had previously had some new fence stained by GW.  Work was very well done by one worker, Tim, in about 7 hours;  price of $2691.00 seemed high.
Had BIG DEAL coupon for $199.00 for 6 hours of work that was shown to project manager before next
project was begun.  When final payment was due I was told labor could not
be separated from total project price and was given $200 dollar credit
instead.  Didn't think this was how BIG DEAL worked. Total cost of project - including BIG DEAL purchase- was $1050.00.
The work itself -  removal of side garage door and installation of new door-  was done very well, in a timely fashion in about 10 hours by one man - Warren.
