"Doug did a fine job replacing my bulkhead to my basement. The quality of work was very good. I would certainly hire him for other projects that might come up. The only thing I didn't know about until he had begun the work was that I would have to dispose of the old bulkhead (metal doors & frame, etc.). It was not a big deal as the next day was my dump day and I didn't have to pay for the disposal, however, it would have been nice to know that I would be responsible for that. Otherwise, everything else fine and I'm very satisfied with my new doors and the quality of the installation."

"Scott gave me an estimate early morning on Monday and then installed the new garage door opener on Tuesday. His price was very fair. I called initially because our garage door was not smoothly operating and because the sensor lenses would occasionally fall out. He diagnosed the noisy operation to be from the garage door itself rather than our old opener. While he was willing to just grease the door, I decided to replace the old opener. No pressure from him!! He replaced it the following day in a little over an hour. He responded to my messaging requests to receive 3 button remotes rather than the agreed upon 1 button remotes. He also worked with me to reprogram the key pad. I have had this unit for less than a day but I am so far very pleased."

"This is a hard review to write because it was clear in dealing with the owner that he cared about his business and was himself very professional but he had lots of issues with staff and turnover due to poor service. The first installer who came to the house was not on time, he did install the door and new opener but did not leave me with an extra opener for the car or one for the inside of the house so my husband and I had to be sure we left the door open if the other needed to get in before the one who had the opener would get home . I called to follow up to get these things taken care of and never heard back. Also it was clear the door was not installed properly as it was making a loud clanging noise and was very shaky I was afraid to use it as I thought we were damaging the garage. It took over 6 months for the whole thing to be resolved and fixed properly with many apologies form the owner who came himself with another gentleman to finish the work and also leave me with an extra opener for the other car and finally hooking up the inside opener to the house. My guess is that things will be running a lot more smoothly now with new staff and better attention to the work.
