"I would absolutely hire Noel and his team again. They answered to all our questions very quickly, the job was done within one week of the estimate, the price was affordable and the final product looks remarkable. I will definitely be hiring them again. I couldnâ t recommend them more. Great customer service and outstanding worksmanship."

"At no fault of this vendor, the customer is still awaiting negotiations with the housing authority as to whether or not the proposed demolition will resolve the pending building code issues."

"I couldn’t be happier with the flooring repair! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. The team arrived on time, clearly explained what needed to be done, and worked efficiently. The repair blends perfectly with the existing floor—you honestly can’t tell there was ever any damage. They paid great attention to detail, kept the area clean, and finished right on schedule. Excellent craftsmanship, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing flooring repair."

"I contracted with this company for a patio with pavers. They did a fantastic Job. I loved it so much that I asked them to do 3 sidewalks with the same pavers. Then I asked about my pool. I wanted something to make my above ground pool look appealing. With the suggestions made (absolutely no pressure, just ideas) I ended up having a deck built on. It is a 32 x 10 deck with a Pergola in the center. It is beautiful. Because this was so awesome and the quality of work was fantastic, we now have the Fascia board on our house replaced with an addition of Soffits. It is beautiful and maintenance free. This company will be installing new gutters this week. 7th State Builders do it all. Their motto is If you can dream it, we can build it. This is so very true. I love All of the work and the crews are polite and clean up completely when finished with each job. I will be having a new addition built soon."

"I wholeheartedly recommend Mendez Painting Services, LLC for doing an excellent job on my kitchen and bath renovation. From being the most responsive contractor the initial consultation through substantial completion, I was very pleased with the team and their work. Mr. Mendez transformed my home from a dull 1950s shoebox into the most coveted unit in my building. I highly recommend hiring him especially because of his background in home renovations. As a designer, I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and his willingness and openness to work with me to renovate my home."

"We had previously used Art Woodstone 10 years earlier when we asked them to build extensive bookcases and cabinets when we finished our basement. When it came time this year to redo our main floor we turned to Tea and George again to do a slightly smaller but unique project to build two wall bookcases that would connect to a fireplace mantle and then two moveable wooden dog crates to fill in the space below the bookcases and to either side of the hearth. From a rough sketch of what the finished concept would look like, they were able to produce a beautiful custom set. It matched our vision exactly. They worked with our primary contractor's lead carpenter to ensure the piece would have good anchoring in the studs behind the drywall. I cannot speak highly enough of their craftsmanship. The bookcase and mantlepiece are beautiful pieces of wood and spectacular to look at. The dog crates are beyond exceptional. The careful work George did to ensure tight joins at the corners and the wooden slats was stunning. Our lead carpenter from the renovation was deeply impressed by the work. As an add on to this effort, they also restored a large wooden partner's desk that has been in our family for over 50 years. Over that time the desk had it's finish worn away in spots, was sunbleached in others, and had corners gnawed on by puppies in the day. They took that shabby mess of a desk and restored to a shine and gleam that is something to behold. AWS is worth every penny that you will pay for their work. True artisans with an eye for detail and a feel for design. Would recommend them EVERY time."

"The worker arrived on time and provided excellent customer service. He was warm and accommodating, and paid attention to detail. I was so pleased with his work and craftmanship, I plan to hire them for future work. I hope that this is the kind of service that is provided for other customers as this is what the customers want to have."

"Great. We have worked with Gene and Dave in the past and were always satisfied with the results, the price and their professional manner. So, when this latest project came up we contacted M & L and they came through again with great results at a fair price and with the same high quality customer service. Dave was also great with our pets who were anxious to 'supervise' his work. The place looks great. Thanks M & L."
