"I really enjoyed working with Potts Brothers Construction. The whole process moved very smoothly from start to finish. I looked for a general contractor for a multi-room flooring project that required subfloor removal to get a level starting point. The Potts Brothers Construction owners were very responsive to my inquiries visiting my house multiple times and making recommendations on flooring. I expanded the project to include some significant electrical work, lighting, and insulation. Updates to the estimate were prompt and fair. The work started on time with a site leader that has been with the company for over 30 years. They worked everyday including weekends and holidays until the job was done and done right. Some said that the work couldn't be done because the tub wouldn't fit through the doorway and some of the estimates were double the price! Steve and John went above and beyond to help with my Mom's bathroom renovation, overcoming some tough challenges with the narrow space and door opening. "This was our second time using Diaz for our painting and home renovations. Once again he and his team did an amazing job. For this job, we had Diaz paint our hallway and master, redo our stairs and stair railing, re-finish and stain the hardwood floors, remove old baseboard heaters, and do a complete renovation of our upstairs bathroom (new paint, new floors, new vanity, new toilet, new lighting, new exhaust fan, etc.). He also helped haul out old furniture, removed an old (non-functional) oil gas tank from the basement, and replaced a broken storm door. One of the great things about working with Diaz is that the answer is always yes.
