"If you can avoid repairs on a rainy day, I woulddo so. The worker was kind and understanding. It was a guy who the company sent out another plumber help the guy out who was doing the repairs just stud around watching and not assisting as he was told to do from me speaking to their boss James from Remdy Plumbing company. The guy who stud around not assisting was Blake. And the only problem I had was my sheet rock that was taken out wasn't put back correctly and I was left with dirty stain carpet ."

They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. "They guy who came is a master plumber and he is skilled.  He can do what other plumbers just don’t do.  He can figure things out which others just can’t figure out.  I had 20 plumbers who came to fix my water problem because it didn’t get hot and we could not take a shower. Then he came and was able to fix the problem.  When my toilet was overflowing, he did some pipe repairs and it worked.  Now, my toilet looks wonderful and beautiful."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

Adam was detail oriented and was patient with our MANY questions concerning the installation of our balcony door. He made several constructive suggestions concerning perfecting the aesthetics both inside and out. We have hired Chad and his team to complete a larger scale job. Chad isn’t trying to make bank on this one job. His economic suggestions to save on each aspect of the job is much appreciated.
