He did follow-up with email to make sure I understand his proposal which none of the other companies did that provided an estimate. I did contract with Atlantic to replace my old system which was 20+ years old. They came to the house (Darren, Liam and Adam) before starting the work so they could review the plans for starting the following Monday. They did confirm everything with me including the start time. I was contacted at the end of each day with an updated status on the work. The job took two and 1/2 days to complete and the basement was left clean after their work. Communication was excellent as well as explaining what they may need to do in the basement to ensure that everything was up to current code. Both Liam and Adam were professional and polite."
