I worked with Tammy at AES to schedule the inspection, follow-up, etc. - a fantastic employee. Courteous, professional, and really knows her stuff when it comes to HVAC. Unfortunately, I live in a condo with a tricky indoor/outdoor HVAC set-up that ended up requiring a fairly specific indoor unit that AES did not offer, so I had to go with another company. "Excellent - within 15 minutes of initial call at 8:30 on Sunday morning, I had an estimate. By 1:00pm the work was done and everything was back to normal. Clean and professional. They placed drop cloths and took great care of our home. They cleaned up completely after the job was done. The price was a bit higher than I was expecting, but I was willing to pay a bit more to have the work done promptly on Sunday, rather than waiting until sometime Monday for another contractor. The Job was a replacement of a 75 gallon Natural Gas Water Heater, including removal and disposal of the old unit."
