There was no pressure to upgrade the opener...I was asked a few questions to help me decide which one we wanted. I already knew the model I was interested in, and was very happy when they recommended the same model. When the installer was here he noticed that one of the rollers on the door was broken, which was why the door made a terrible racket when it was raised and lowered.
