"Nilson and Master Touch has been great to work with. I have used them for pool maintenance for the last 2 years. Last April they completely resurfaced my pool, rebuilt coping, installed new waterline tile as well as installed salt system and travertine in my pool area. Nilson explained the materials he would use and also how he would do the job compared to other quotes which were lower. Those lower quotes were taking shortcuts in work primary example not rebuilding coping (old tiles/grout cracked and had weed growth already coming through) and just tiling over existing tiles as well as using lower quality materials. On top of that, Master Touch completed the entire job in a little over 1 week. Nilson was courteous enough to check in with me how the job was going WHILE he was on personal vacation. Professionalism and quality is TOP NOTCH with Master Touch Pools."

"Excellent! Kevin and team are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Also, the quality of the workmanship performed by everyone from Bluewater Pools is awesome. These guys are the real deal, they say what they going to do and do what they say. When it comes to customer service and satisfaction, I think they’re outstanding. I highly recommend Kevin and Bluewater Pools for your swimming pool needs."

"Back in March of 2023 we started getting estimates for remodeling our 20+ year old pool...we must have contacted at least 7 different companies, none of which made us feel as comfortable as we did with Rosendo. We kept coming back to Rosenda of Aqua Blue Pool Resurface LLC and are so very glad we did... Rosendo is very professional, honest, reliable and upfront about pool remodeling and quoted a very competitive price. We trusted him and his company from the start and he was very patient with all of our questions, no matter how many times we went back to him with our questions and concerns, before we finally made our decision. Rosendo and his crew did an amazing job on our pool and deck and we have no regrets. We highly recommend Rosendo and his crew and hope you will consider them for your next pool project."

"The technician came promptly and went right to work to check out the pool heater. We had an older electrical water heater for the pool. He examined it and told me that it wasn't fixable with what he had and that the company really didn't service those types of heaters.
Although I had pre-paid for the work, he charged me for time. Since I didn't want to put the technician in an awkward spot, I gave him a check.
I called the office to ask them not to cash the check, as I had paid for the work with a coupon. They said they would take care of it. The check was cashed, and I had to call again to find out what was going on.
After some back and forth, we got the situation resolved.
Since I had though the technician was helpful, I invited them back to bid on some additional work for me. Although the technician came out and told me what could be done, and I was interested, we never followed through.
Overall, I was satisfied.

"They provided a brand new pump and filter. They put in the Diamond Bright on the bottom of the pool. They resurfaced the pool (blue), installed hydraulic cement, pentair and the pump. Replaced the tile inside the skimmer. Ricky Sr. and Jr., Raymond, Jason and Darnelius did an excellent job. They were polite, punctual and professional. They left the home clean and did what they said they would in a timely manner. Highly recommended. Thank you!"

"I received a call from Jamie telling me the tech was on the way. When he arrived he was polite and professional. The tech called to let me know he had arrived. He showed up on time. Explained the situation. Had the part in the van. Replaced the part explained everything was very professional. Would recommend them if someone needs an AC company."

"Mike, the owner, arrived on time, gave me the estimate and began work. He is very professional and made sure all was working before he left. I would certainly hire Mike to work on my pool again."
