"Raf and his team are the new gold standard for how contractors should behave and the type of honest and professional service they should offer. Home electrical work: When my fiancee and I purchased our home an electrical permit was found still open after 12 years. Yes. 12. The previous owners, the developer and about 4 other electricians I called didn't correct the problem - some didn't know how to, others didn't want to deal with the city (having gone there a few times to follow up or for questions I understand why).
