"I have used No Static Electricity many, many times. Very fast response time and schedules within a week for services. Very personable and friendly service. This is my go-to for anything electrical. I highly recommend them!"

"It went well! Oscar replaced two electrical outlets."

"Called on a Saturday morning for emergency help after 1/2 our house lost electrical power. Received a call back from Barry one of their electricians. I described our problem and he immediately diagnosed a problem with exterior power supply from our power supplier ComEd. He recommended we call ComEd as their would be no charge if they repaired the problem. Barry gave me his cell phone number and asked me to keep him updated. ComEd came out and repaired the problem and restored the power as described by Barry. I appreciate the honesty of this company and their spot on advice. If we have any future electrical problems we will call them first!"

"Very well but, Ivan charged $150.00 an hour and didn't even try to justify it."

"Called them out after hours. They were able to come out and fix the problem. They were very kind and courteous. I then had a problem the next day and they came out and fixed it at no charge. I though the cost for the service was really great as well."

"Toptec was the only electric company willing to come out & give us an estimate. One company made an appointment and was a no show. Others refused to give a quote so I could not tell the cost of the project upfront."

"Called them twice later to do different electrical jobs."

"Overall, the project went very smoothly. Jeff assisted throughout, including the permitting and inspection process required by the city. I would certainly use Jeff again for future electrical needs."

"I wanted to change the way a feature works.  They offered to come over and make the change AT NO CHARGE!
i have used Alert Protective for around 5 years and am totally satisfied with their service.  There have been a few minor problems and they always come over promptly to fix them.   All the service people I have dealt with,  both on the phone and in person, are polite and knowledgeable.   This company is substantially cheaper than the nationally known brands.
DO call  Alert Protective Services l if you are looking for an alarm system and see how they compare to their competitors.
