They did a great job, and we have plans to redo a bathroom. I will totally hire those guys to do the electrical. They were just as helpful, friendly, and nice as you could ever want. It was wonderful. They're helpful, and they're willing to make sure everything is perfect. I just thought they were efficient, helpful, they were professional and they knew what they were doing.

"Writer Bush is detail oriented with a sound work ethic. He worked diligently on our electrical problem and was determined to fix it right. The problem stems from multiple issues that required much more attention than originally expected. Writer took the time and worked diligently to resolve it and only charged the original price quoted. I would definitely recommend his services. He was a delight and I will call him with any future electrical needs. Final cost included labor and parts."

"

We'd been in our new home for 18 months when the burglar alarm put in by the previous owner started going off. I had no experience with such alarms, didn't have any codes for the unit, and couldn't get the eardrum-shattering alarm to stop. Couldn't even get into the unit or determine where/how it was attached to the power. The first couple places I called just said they couldn't/wouldn't help because they didn't install/maintain the alarm. Thankfully, the pleasant receptionist at APS, after telling me the same thing initially, told me to hold on while she checked with a technician. The technician patiently walked me through disconnecting the alarm. So if we decide we want an alarm system in the future, I'll be calling Alert Protective Services.

"

insufficient existing service with a number of diy mistakes, all rectified, and new circuits that were a difficult install because of multiple floors and tile walls put in;  also, recognized "floating neutral" problem that was a fire hazard and repaired

very professional and responsive, so much so that I used them at my office as well

"Tim showed up right on time. He was very polite and very professional. He answered all of our questions and addressed any of our concerns with the house. The final report was in my email within an hour after he finished the inspection. He also gave us his card that had his direct number on it in case we had any further questions. Which I did end up having to call him and he was still very polite and was able to answer the follow up questions I had. We will be keeping his card if we ever need anything in the future or to refer our friends and family."

"I had a leak and was unable to determine the source of the leak.  I requested someone come out and install a leak diverter while I investigated.  Express came out and assesses the situation and suggested it was most likely coming from the windows.  He took some pictures and called back with a price.  I though the price was high, but I was in a pinch, so I said OK.  He came back on the scheduled day, removed the old caulk, put down new caulk, an no more leak!  I have since spoken with some friends and have been informed the price was fair, I am frugal. Overall they did an excellant job and very responsive.

FAQs for electric vehicle charging station installation service projects in Detroit, MI

Yes. You can plug your EV into a standard 120-volt household outlet, but this is Level 1 charging and it’s slow. A 120-volt outlet adds only three to five miles of range per hour, so a full charge can take days. If you rely on your vehicle daily, plan your charging schedule carefully or consider upgrading to a Level 2 charger that runs on a 220–240-volt circuit for much faster turnaround.

Installing a Level 2 EV charger can raise your home’s value by adding modern convenience and energy efficiency. Buyers who already own—or plan to own—an electric vehicle appreciate a ready-to-use charging station, and many see it as a forward-thinking amenity. By meeting that demand now, you position your property as a smart, sustainable choice that can command a higher price in an increasingly competitive market.

You don’t need to plug in every night. Instead, match your charging schedule to your driving habits. Many drivers find that topping up every few days keeps the battery at a healthy state of charge and extends overall battery life. Occasional, deeper charges are fine for longer trips, but day-to-day, intermittent charging is enough to cover commutes while reducing wear on the battery.
