"Contacted me promptly, and let me know well in advance if there would be a schedule change. Showed up when they said they would. Despite having every opportunity to do work and charge me for things that didn't need to be done, the technician was scrupulously honest and assured me the outlets were fine. He tightened a few loose connections and we were done. I have some more work that will need doing in the future and this firm will definitely be my first choice."

Ken came out to recommend and quote light fixtures in our unfinished basement, connect a couple of Ring floodlights, and replace the doorbell transformer and install a new Ring doorbell at my residence. "I am looking to replace this deal with another - due to scheduling difficulties and continued slippage of the timeline to complete the work.
UPDATE: Company reached out to me when they learnt that I was dropping them to go for an alternate service provider. Bill took up the matter personally and really stepped up to make good on the previous scheduling difficulties. We reschedule, they arrived on time and within the day had completed all the work. Quality was really great and in short order Bill had restored my faith in Mr. Electric. I am now scheduling with the company to come out again and provide quotes on additional work for further recessed lighting as well as a whole house standby generator.
