I initially thought I would try to save money and hire a DIY/one-man fixer upper, but soon realized that was taking up too much of my time and I could never find anyone dependable. I did some research and found S&W Kitchens (Longwood showroom). I liked that they were family owned and had been around for a long time. My first encounter was with Amy who would be my design lead. Our first meeting was to talk about the whole process of what and how working with S&W Kitchens would entail. She was very thorough and made things very easy to understand. I did have several photos and a concept of what I was wanting to do which did help in that process, as well as helpful suggestions from Amy. He arranged and scheduled the various trade subcontractors and always kept in touch with me on who would be showing up and when.
