After getting several quotes from quite a few shady pool companies, I ended up going with Master Touch, and doing a deep blue river rok diamond brite. I used this company because I felt the most comfortable with them. Nilson, the owner, a super nice Brazilian guy, gave me a fair price and helped me through the whole process. I drove out to his store front shop and looked at several different samples. The hardest part was deciding what I wanted. I would definitely use them again for any future pool work. "The price and the install went fairly well, but they just left loose ends. They cut an unneeded wire going into the house on the condenser unit outside and just left the wire hanging. We had to call and have them (reluctantly) come back to fix. They also installed UV lights, but didn't ensure the lights was sealed from the house and we had to have them come back (reluctantly) and fix. Getting the permits took longer than it should of. 
All in all, I though most of the work was done well at a reasonable price, but getting the final touches after service was performed was challenging.

"They provided a brand new pump and filter. They put in the Diamond Bright on the bottom of the pool. They resurfaced the pool (blue), installed hydraulic cement, pentair and the pump. Replaced the tile inside the skimmer. Ricky Sr. and Jr., Raymond, Jason and Darnelius did an excellent job. They were polite, punctual and professional.
